Exhibition

The rental of stand space includes:
  • Company name badges for two persons
  • Two (2) complimentary registrations
  • Access to all scientific sessions
  • 1 power socket (220 volts)
  • 24-hour Exhibit Hall perimeter security service
  • Daily cleaning of the aisles and common areas
  • Attendance to the Welcome Reception
  • Company listing in the Conference Program

Shell scheme, furniture, plants, flowers and cleaning of the stand are not included.


Promotional and advertising opportunities

Rotating web banner on Conference website
The majority of the meeting attendees register via the official meeting website.
A web banner on the site will provide immediate visibility.

Signposting
The sponsoring company’s logo will appear on all signposting around the venue.

Audio-Visual Equipment
There will be a rotating  slide with the company logo in all meeting rooms during all breaks.
There will also be a banner outside and/or inside the speaker´s ready room.

Hospitality Area
Rooms will be available as hospitality areas. Room, decoration and catering services will be at the sponsor’s expense.

Delegate Badges
The sponsor’s name and logo will be printed on the badge cord and also on the badgecard.

Poster Sessions
The Sponsor’s logo and name will be printed on all poster header panels.

Conference Bags
Sponsor’s logo will be printed on Conference bags (also to include Conference logo).
The sponsor can include a free insert in the bags.

Final Program advertising
Will be distributed on-site to all participants, and will include all Conference information,
scientific program and details of the social and tour activities.

Pocket Program
The pocket program will be distributed to all delegates on site and contains a handy overview of the Conference.
The sponsor’s logo will appear on the back cover.

Opening Reception
Support of this evening event includes recognition on signage located throughout the reception room
and the sponsor’s logo on napkins.

Coffee Breaks
Catering points will be located within the exhibition area for the duration of the Congress.
Sponsors will have their logo displayed at the catering points for one day (two coffee breaks).

Pads and Pens
These will be provided by the sponsor, incorporating their own branding, and will be included in the delegate bags.

Insert in Conference Bag
The sponsoring company may place promotional material in the Conference bag.
For a better organization and administration, a sample of the promotional material will be required in advance.


Industry-Sponsored Symposia & Breakfast Sessions

Industry-sponsored Symposia
There will be the opportunity to hold exclusive satellite symposia taking place from 12.30 - 14.00 on each day.
These slots will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
Includes:

  • Room rental and set-up
  • Standard audio visual equipment (data projector, screen, laser pointer, microphones)
  • Signage outside the session room
  • Symposium program in delegate bag (provided by sponsor)
  • Company logo during session

Industry-sponsored Breakfast Sessions
There will be the opportunity to hold exclusive Breakfast Sessions taking place from 07.15 - 08.15 on each day.
These slots will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
Includes:
  • Room rental and set-up
  • Standard audio visual equipment (data projector, screen, laser pointer, microphones)
  • Signage outside the session room
  • Breakfast session program in delegate bag (provided by sponsor)
